An iconic restaurant and historic building in Downtown Traverse City is up for sale.
The Mackinaw Brewing Company along with the 122-year-old building the business sits in has hit the market. The building was first used as a leather goods store in the late 1800s. The building is currently being listed for $4.95 million.
The business has sat in the historic building on the corner of Front and Cass Streets for 25 years. The current owners bought the business in 2002 and are moving on to retirement.
In less than a week since the building went up for sale, many people have reportedly already shown interest.
