Watch Live: Mount Pleasant Voters Decide On School Proposal

Although Tuesday is not a major election, voters in Northern Michigan will decide on dozens of local millage proposals.

People will be voting on dozens of millage proposals all across the state.

In Mount Pleasant, residents will be voting on a proposal for their public schools.

Mount Pleasant Public Schools is asking to borrow over $45 million to help with remodeling, technology, purchasing school buses and updating athletic facilities.

Taylor Morris is live, talking with poll workers and Mount Pleasant’s superintendent about the election.
