Chateau Chantal is hosting their summer through fall wine dinners using locally sourced ingredients. The six-course wine dinner is prepared in-house by Chateau Chantal Chef, Chris Mushall and is featuring the wine dinners in their recent publication.
Chef Mushall recommends people make reservations ahead of time since the dinners do book quickly and it gives people the opportunity to make sure they get the date and time they’re requesting.
