Joe Greenberg, a close associate of Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz, is now facing six federal charges.
They include knowingly soliciting and paying a minor for sex.
Yesterday Greenberg pleaded guilty to the charges.
He admitted to paying women for sex, including a minor, who he introduced to other “adult men” who engaged in “commercial sex acts.”
It comes as Gaetz is being investigated by the Justice Department over an alleged sexual relationship with a girl when she was 17. Gaetz has repeatedly denied this.
Greenberg could now face a minimum of 12 years in prison.
