Police arrested a Wexford County man for talking to children inappropriately online.
State Police say someone reported the internet crimes in Manton.
Detectives say Brandon Levi faces charges of accosting children for immoral purposes and using a computer to do it.
The judge placed Levi on house arrest and he is not allowed to talk to anyone younger than 16 years old.
If convicted, he could face up to four years in prison.
