Some medical marijuana patients could soon have to find a new place to grow and smoke the drug.
The Michigan House voted to let landlords prohibit medical marijuana patients from growing or smoking the drug on leased property.
It would add another exception to a 2008 voter-approved law that legalized marijuana for medical purposes.
The bill was sent back to the senate for a final vote in the final days of this session.
