Grand Traverse Metro Fire Department responded to a fire at a commercial building Monday afternoon.
The building caught fire off Continental Drive and West South Airport Road, not far from the west entrance to the Cherry Capital Airport.
Firefighters arrived on scene just after 2:30.
Crews worked to put out flames in the roof of the building.
The building is currently leased out.
No one was in the building when the fire began, and no one was hurt.
