John Kasich Suspends Presidential Campaign

In continuing coverage of the 2016 presidential race, there are major developments Wednesday for both parties.

Republican candidate, John Kasich announced he will no longer be in the race for the white house.

This announcement comes after Ted Cruz ended his campaign last night following Indiana’s primary loss.

This leaves Donald Trump as the presumptive nominee for the Republican Party.

Also in Indiana last night, democrat Bernie Sanders pulled off the upset win over Hillary Clinton.

“I understand Hillary Clinton thinks this campaign is over, I have some bad news for her.” Says Bernie Sanders.

Even with Sander’s win, Clinton is 92 percent of the way to the democratic nomination heading into next Tuesday’s West Virginia primary.
