A man is in jail in Mason County after he tried driving and running away from police. It happened around 1:30 Saturday morning in Ludington. Police say they tried to arrest Kyle Plasterer for three outstanding warrants as he left a home there. That's when Plasterer got in a car and tried to run. Police say he hit a patrol car, then jumped out and led them on a short foot chase.
