This week we sit down with Valparaiso University which is located in Northern Indiana. A great University with many different opportunities for students. We had the chance to sit down with Tristan Leonhard who is the Director of Campus Recreation and Well-Being. He oversees the Esports program at Valparaiso and is an ex-athlete for the University as well.
We talk about how Valpo got in the Esports game, why they did and how they manage it. We also talk about how the kids take the day by day process of Esports and how Valpo gets the kids to take time, step back and see what is happening around so they don’t get burnt out. A great talk with a great director!
