Kielbasa, pierogi, kapusta, and golabki….when you hear these words, you think of polish food, right?!

Today’s ‘Menu Monday’ features in Cedar, a food stand that offers traditional Polish food to those craving something a little more authentic.

Run by owners Tom Koch and Kathleen Bittner, they feature traditional items like pierogi, golabki (stuffed cabbage), smoked or fresh kielbasa (sausage), fried pork cutlets, authentic soups, szarlotka (apple cake), and many different sides!

From farm to fork, all of the meat is fresh from their farm, …the kielbasa is a MUST!! And the drinks that the food stand sells are all imported from Poland.

is constantly cooking up a storm, make sure to visit them  right behind Bittner’s cultural gift shop, …or just follow the delicious scent to the back!
