Communities across northern Michigan are celebrating pride in their own unique ways.
This week in Sault Ste. Marie, you can be a part of the 2nd Annual Tie-Dye for Pride.
It’s happening Wednesday, June 15 at 4 p.m. at Sherman Park.
T-shirts and color kits will be available, but you can also bring your own.
This year’s event includes music, yard games and more.
Organizers say last year was a huge success, and are hoping even more people turn out this year.
“We want everyone to come together and have fun, and show each other we support each other no matter what,” says Katie Barkley, from the
“There are allies everywhere, no matter what background you come from.”
