Relay for Life of Grand Traverse will celebrate survivors, remember those we have lost, and fight back as a community to end cancer.
What Are The Basics You Need To Know?
- Relay For Life runs from 10 a.m.-10 p.m., June 11 – Northwestern Michigan Fairgrounds – Traverse City
- Food will be available for purchase throughout the entire event.
- Upon arrival, follow the direction signs and drive slowly to a parking spot.
- Schedule of activities is available below.
They kick off their Relay by celebrating local cancer survivors. They encourage you to invite friends and family currently living with cancer or survivors to attend and join in the celebration.
Our Survivor speaker is from Pinconning. Jennifer Barnes was recently announced as one of the volunteers of the American Cancer Society’s Voices of Hope program and we are thankful she is with us to share her story.
After the Survivor & Caregiver Ceremony, each survivor and one guest caregiver may attend our dinner provided by Outback Steakhouse.
