TentCraft has created a new venture in Traverse City.
It’s a new business called Sentry Covers. The purpose is to create custom cover for inground pools and automatic pool cover systems.
Customers can choose their own design or picture to put on their covers. They say the new business will create more jobs.
It also means they need to physically expand, so TentCraft is finalizing additional manufacturing space for the growth.
“We’ll actually be ramping up as we continue to grow. We’ve got some significant partnerships that are developing and we’re very excited about the opportunity to add a lot more opportunity and jobs in the Traverse City area,” said Tom Straub, vice president of Sales at TentCraft.
The pool covers will be distributed nationally through a network of pool cover installers.
