Happy Earth Day!
kicks off Earth Day with a week of events!
The and Green Team started festivities off with a free public concert that started at noon and will run until 8 p.m. at the West Hall Innovation Center. The concert will be held outside on the main campus. The concert will celebrate Earth Day and focus on environmental issues, especially water.
Information tables will be set up by campus and community groups including NMC Water Studies, the NMC Green Team, FLOW (For Love of Water) non-profit, Title Track, and more.
Other Earth Day events will continue into next week, including campus cleanups, Grow Your Own Produce, Bioregional Mapping, Native Flower Planting Day, and Restorative Outdoor Yoga.
