A man has been arraigned for criminal sexual conduct in Gladwin County.
Gladwin County Sheriff’s Office deputies say they investigated a sexual assault that led to the arrest of Kurtis Dell, 33.
Dell was found with help from the United States Marshall’s Office in Dooley County, Ga. He was charged with criminal sexual conduct first degree and criminal sexual conduct second degree.
Deputies extradited Dell from Dooley County, Ga., and lodged in Gladwin County Jail.
Dell was arraigned Thursday in the 80th District Court in Gladwin on both charges with a bond set for $200,000 cash surety.
