A child who was injured when a driver crashed into a Wisconsin Christmas parade has now died.

The 8-year-old boy is the sixth person to die. 62 people were injured.

Police in Waukesha, Wisconsin are now accusing the driver who crashed his car into a parade of intentionally trying to cause injury.

They say Darrell Brooks Jr. was intentionally moving side to side as he drove over people.

He’s now being held on $5 million bail after he was formally charged.

Brooks was charged with five counts of intentional homicide and faces more charges after his sixth victim died.

He was out on bail for a domestic abuse charge when he crashed into the parade. That charge was for allegedly hitting the mother of his child with the same SUV.
