Munson Healthcare Updates Visitor Policy Due To Rising COVID-19 Cases

Starting Tuesday, Nov. 23, Munson Healthcare is updating their visitation policy in response to the rise in COVID-19 cases.

Inpatients will be allowed one visitor per day for two hours. Visitors of inpatients with COVID-19 must wear required PPE.

Emergency room patients are allowed one person to accompany them unless the patient has COVID-19 symptoms.

Visitors can go into the exam room but cannot wait in the ER waiting room.

The same rules apply to patients undergoing surgeries or other procedures.

Visitors must be 18 years or older with limited exceptions.

You can visit Munson’s website for more information on visiting and required PPE.
