Emmet Co. Man Sentenced for Meth Possession, Operating While Intoxicated

An Emmet County man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to possession of methamphetamine and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tim Lutz pleaded guilty in July to one count of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury and one count of possession of methamphetamine as a habitual third offense.

Lutz was sentenced in the 57th Circuit Court in Emmet County to 80 months to 120 months on the one count of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury and 160 months to 240 months both as a third offense habitual offender.
