Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine could be the next to receive full approval from the FDA.
The drugmaker says they completed their submission to the agency.
Pfizer has also submitted a new application to the FDA. They’re seeking approval for a third dose of their vaccine.
They had been the first company to get full approval for a COVID-19 shot.
Johnson & Johnson announced that during trials, a booster shot of their single dose vaccine was shown to sharply increase immunity.
