Boyne City Police, Fire and EMS were called to a deadly accident on State. Street in front of Rotary Park on Saturday afternoon.
Police say a 69-year-old Boyne City man was riding his bike on State Street when he turned into the path of an 18-year-old Illinois man.
The biker was pronounced dead at the scene.
State Street was closed for several hours while the Charlevoix County Sheriff Department and the Michigan State Police drone aviation unit investigated.
Names of the people involved are not released at this time.
