The Grand Traverse County Health Department continues to partner with community agencies and mobilize outreach clinics throughout the county to make the Covid-19 vaccine accessible for all.
For the week of May 24-28, the following locations will be:

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Vaccine offered: Johnson & Johnson (18 and older) and Pfizer (12 and older)
Date: Tuesday, May 25
Clinic Location: Cherryland Mall (1700 S. Garfield Rd.)
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Vaccine offered: Johnson & Johnson (18 and older) and Pfizer (12 and older)
Date: Wednesday, May 26
Clinic Location: Cherryland Mall (1700 S. Garfield Rd.)
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Vaccine offered: Johnson & Johnson (18 and older) and Pfizer (12 and older)

Any child that is 12 to 15-years-old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and verification of date of birth is required.
Anyone that is 16 to 17-years-old, must have a parent or guardian fill out a and a which will be brought with them to the clinic.
