Treetops Thursday: Ski School

Winter can get pretty boring if you don’t have a favorite winter sport!

Michelle Dunaway was back with the director of ski Kevin McKinley at Treetops Resort in Gaylord to talk about their ski school and help you add a new sport to your line-up and stay active all-year-round.

From the smallest kids to the oldest adults, they are teaching everyone how to ski and snowboard generation after generation with the small resort and family-friendly set-up.

Here are their options:

Adult Group Lessons

10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

60 dollars

Beginner Package

10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

• 99 dollars on the following dates:
  February 18, 19, 20
  March 6, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21
• 120 dollars on the following dates:
  February 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 21, 22, 23

Private Lessons

Every hour on the hour based on open times.

• 1 hour – 60 dollars (+30 dollars per extra person)
• 2 hour – 90 dollars (+35 dollars per extra person)
• 3 hour – 120 dollars(+40 dollars per extra person

(Monday – Friday, excluding December 26-31, 2019; January 1-3, 2020; February 17, 2020)

• Seniors (70+) – 30 dollars per hour (+10 dollars per extra person)’
• Military (Active or Veteran) – 30 dollars hour (+10 dollars per extra person)
• Children (12 & under) – 30 dollars hour (+10 dollars per extra person)
