Grand Traverse Academy sent students home early Friday due to a potential threat.
The school sent an email to parents Friday morning announcing students would be released at 11 a.m. due to a potential threat.
The school has not released any details on the nature of the threat yet.
According to the school, after school activities and Quality Care have also been canceled for the day.
In the email, the school said they would send out information regarding the Choir Concert when available.
