The Traverse City Opera House is welcoming a very musical night with the award-winning Grand Traverse Show Chorus plus special guests, Miriam Pico, The Ukulele Orchestra of Suttons Bay, and the Sashay Quartet.
The event is on Friday, Nov. 8 at 7:30 p.m. and the cost is 25 dollars per ticket.
We were lucky enough to have a few members of the Grand Traverse Show Chorus of the Sweet Adeline’s with LIVE on ‘the four’. They included Jill Steckley, Sharon Laing, Jerilyn Blake, Sue Provenzano, Diane Calsbeek, Katy Bean-Larson, Tracy Haver and Sally McCoy.
They are an all-women’s show choir that is a part of the Sweet Adeline’s national division of choirs. They are the current 1st Place winners in the Division A Chorus in Region 2. They placed fourth overall in the region and also fourth in the world during the 2017 International Competition in Las Vegas, NV.
They sang us a few of the favorites today on ‘the four’ and you can see that whole performance in the video above.
