Clare Middle School Students Take Part in Laying of the Wreath Ceremony

Clare Middle School students took in the Laying of the Wreath ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery Monday.

It’s part of the school’s trip to the nation’s capitol. 

They’ve already visited Gettysburg in Pennsylvania, and Monday four students got the chance to be part of the Laying of the Wreath ceremony.

The students crossed over into Washington, D.C. Monday afternoon after running into some rain at Arlington National Cemetery.

They took a guided tour of the National Cathedral.

It was a pretty jam-packed day, and some memories they’ll never forget.
