A female antelope calf named Clarice was born at Brevard Zoo, Florida on April 15.

Video and photos taken by the zoo on April 26 show the adorable little one, who is currently staying behind the scenes, under the watchful eye of her mother, three-year-old Deborah.

Weighed less than two pounds at birth, the baby was named in honor of Rudolph’s girlfriend in the 1964 holiday TV special Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Brevard Zoo said on its website.

It also said that these mammals generally reach 6-8 inches in height and are “often found jumping from rock to rock as their specialized hooves make them skilled climbers.”
