Having the kids home for Christmas break is fun, but sometimes it’s hard to keep them entertained.
Thankfully, Northwestern Michigan College has a one-day Cricket Camp where kids can learn a new sport!
Cricket uses similar skills to baseball, and is played all over the world. NMC is bringing the internationally popular sport to kids on Dec. 27.
Ages 9 and up can participate—the 14 and under play from 9 a.m. to noon, and the kids age 15 and up will have the NMC gym from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Kids of all fitness abilities can come, just bring tennis shoes and be ready to move.
