Man Accused Of Using Cell Phone To Watch Man In Wexford Co. Bathroom

A man is in jail, accused of using his cell phone to watch another man inside a rest stop bathroom in Wexford County.

The victim told police he saw the phone pointed at him inside his stall.

He called 911 and then followed the suspect as he drove away onto US 131.

Police say when the suspect realized he was being followed, he made a quick turn and crashed into the victim’s car.

The suspect then took off.

Troopers were able to track the man down and arrest him on multiple charges.

The Michigan State Police computer crimes unit is still searching the suspect’s cell phone.
