Historic Downtown Cadillac Building Gets New Owner

A historic building that has been vacant for more than ten years is now coming back to life.

Robb Munger recently purchased the Cobb and Mitchell building in downtown Cadillac.

It was built in 1907 and is recognized throughout the community.

Munger has many visions for the building, saying it has the potential to become a number of things from office space to a microbrewery.

It’s still unclear on what future tenants may move in, but no matter what, Munger is excited to help the Cadillac community grow.

“I was inspired by how many people love Cadillac, and everything that’s available to people in Cadillac, so I just felt a great building that’s been neglected, great city, great community, and so I looked at it as a win-win situation,” says Cobb & Mitchell Building owner, Robb Munger.

The building still needs some work, but Munger hopes to find tenants and move them in as soon as possible.
