In this update, a Newaygo County official has been sentenced for soliciting a prostitute.
State police say Norman Ochs solicited prostitution several times in White Cloud over a two year period.
He was sentenced Friday to 186 days in jail, an $800 fine and one year probation.
But Ochs already served that jail sentence, so he is already out.
Ochs is the Newaygo County Surveyor.
