Michigan State Police Believe They Found The Body Of Missing Abby Hill In Alpena

Michigan State Police Detectives and Crime Lab were called to a wooded area in Alpena Township on Friday afternoon.

Crews found the remains of a female, a positive identification has not been made, but MSP says it’s believed to be Abby Hill.

Hill was wanted by police in connection to a kidnapping investigation, and had warrants on multiple charges, including unlawful imprisonment.

Investigators haven’t said whether Hill was connected to Brynn Bills, the 18-year-old who went missing in August and was found buried in the yard of an Alpena home earlier this month.

Hill was reported missing and possibly in danger on October 4th.

Court documents listed Hill as a witness in a case involving Joshua Wirgau and Brad Srebnik. State Police found Bills’ body outside Wirgau’s home.

Both men were arrested but we’re told it’s not related to Brynn’s case.

MSP has not confirmed whether Abby Hill is related to Brynn Bills’ death, but Brynn’s father tells us they were friends.
