Inside the Kitchen: Torch Riviera in Rapid City

You’ll find loads of classic Americana on display inside this roughly 80 year old building, which has, by the way, been everything from a dive bar to a dance hall over the years.

It’s now the unlikely home of a farm-to-table restaurant.

Much of what you’ll find on the menu at Torch Riviera has that nostalgic feel, with some added modern flare, but you’ll also find some international intrigue, including a curry dish and Thai noodles.

All part of its owner’s desire to do it from scratch, have fun with food and keep the hungry masses coming back!
