The driver who hit an 11 year old girl on her way to school isn't expected to be charged. Police say the car hit the student as she crossed the intersection of Seventh and C Street in Cheboygan. It happened just after seven Tuesday morning. The girl went to the hospital with arm and leg injuries. Police say an initial investigation shows the car was going under 25 miles per hour. The girl is expected to make a full recovery.
