RUDYARD – The Rudyard Bulldogs defended homecourt with a 58-53 victory over Cedarville-DeTour on Thursday night.
The Bulldogs have now won five consecutive games after a season-opening loss to St. Ignace.
The Islanders are in the opposite boat, having lost six in a row after starting the season with three straight wins.
Cedarville-DeTour will look to snap the losing streak when it returns to the court next Thursday at home against Newberry at 7 p.m.
