FREMONT – The Manistee Chippewas earned a hard-fought 54-50 win on the road at Fremont on Friday night.
The Chippewas had to dig themselves out of an early hole, trailing 13-5 after one quarter of play.
Manistee (6-5, 3-3 LMC-Lakes) travels to Hart on Monday night, while Fremont (4-8, 2-4 WMC-Lakes) is back in action at home against Mason County Central on Monday.
