EAST LANSING — The Traverse City St. Francis baseball team had its season come to an end in the Div. 3 state championship, after falling to Grosse Pointe Woods University Liggett 12-0 in five innings on Saturday.
The Gladiators made their first appearance in the state finals since 2017, making it their third overall trip in program history.
St. Francis ends its season with an overall record of 28-10.
