Immigration: “Securing our borders and implementing legal immigration is essential to national security and our economy.” James supports stopping illegal immigration, Katie’s Law, and defunding sanctuary cities.
Health Care: “We need to have a market-based, patient-centered approach that must protect people with pre-existing conditions. And whatever plan I support must include tort reform and regulatory reform in a manner that lowers cost while increasing quality of care.” James opposes a ‘health care for all’ plan. He supports increasing transparency and competition, and supports emphasizing preventative care.
Environment: “We don’t need socialism. We need realistic, bottom up regulatory reform which must be environmentally and economically sustainable.
