Meals on Mission: Pot de Crème

Ingredients:

12oz Dark Chocolate Chips

4 eggs

1/4 teaspoon Vanilla

1 Boiling Cup of Coffee

Assorted Berries

Whip Cream

Directions:

Put the chocolate chips in a blender and pulse. Add the eggs pulse the eggs and chocolate chips together. Add vanilla and pulse the mixture again. Take off small opening of the blender lid to slowly pour in the boiling coffee. The boiling coffee cooks the egg. Mix the coffee in and then pour into any dish you choose, or even a tart shell.

Place it in the refrigerator to set, after it’s poured. Once it’s set, you can top with whipped cream and garnish with anything. Chef Clements garnished with fresh berries and chocolate.
