Miami Police Search for Suspects in 2nd Shooting Over Memorial Weekend

Police in Miami are still on the lookout for the suspects who opened fire in a nightclub, killing two people and injuring at least 20 more.

In the early morning hours on Sunday, police say a white SUV pulled up to a club in Miami-Dade County.

Three people opened fire on the crowd standing outside.

Police say they believe it was part of a targeted shooting.

Victims were rushed to several different hospitals. Some even had to be rushed in personal vehicles.

Miami’s police chief says this was the second mass shooting in Miami over weekend, and things have gotten out of hand.

Even before the shooting, leaders in the Miami area have proposed a $10 million plan to stem gun violence.

The CEO of Camping World has committed $100,000 towards a reward for the arrest and conviction of the people involved in the club shooting.
