The pandemic has caused a fundraiser supporting a project at Veterans Serving Veterans Park in a Cadillac to shift. That’s why the Rotary Club of Cadillac and the non-profit, Veterans Serving Veterans have created a virtual way of raising the money to make the project a reality.
