Lavender is officially in season in Northern Michigan!

Brys Estate is known for its wine, but did you know that you could also step into a 12-acre agriculture oasis called ?

The Secret Garden is now in its fourth season of lavender and has more than 6,000 lavender plants along with strawberry plants, blueberries and herbs.

Cut your own lavender with their U-pick option, or head into their Secret Garden Shop to take home lavender products made from the lavender harvested.

They have everything from Moomer’s lavender ice cream, essential oils, soaps and lotions, and more.

The lavender field is perfect for picnics or a relaxing afternoon. There is no entry fee to the Secret Garden, so people are free to explore.

If you’re looking to combine wine and the Secret Garden experience, hop on the Wine Wagon Tour & Tasting that will take you through Brys Estate’s 91 acres on a shuttle tasting wine and seeing five different locations on the property with a picnic at the Secret Garden.
