Catch, measure and win for free this summer at the 8th annual Free Summer Fishing Contest.
Starting on Saturday, Pilgrim’s Village Fishing Shop is kick starting their summer long event.
The rules are simple, all fish must be fresh and caught in Michigan.
Just take your fish to the Pilgrim’s Village Fishing Shop to be measured.
You can enter as many fish as you can catch.
“We had a kid a couple years ago who brought in a new perch every week, and overtime it got a little bit bigger. It’s pretty fun,” said Christopher Knaisel with Pilgrim’s Village Fishing Shop.
