Grant Me Hope: Angel

Angel is an intelligent, sweet girl with a passion for music, video games and learning.

But most of all, she really wants a loving family who she can grow with and be cared for.

We introduce you in this week’s Grant Me Hope.

Angel is 16 and in the 10th grade.

Angel’s favorite subject in school is English, and she enjoys playing music.

“I really like to play the ukulele. I like music a lot,” said Angel.

Angel has some big dreams for when she grows up.

“I want to be a forensic biochemist. I don’t know, I’ve just always liked forensics,” explained Angel.

Angel also wants to help others like herself.

“I want to become a foster parent personally, to where I can get kids out of the system and keep them safe.”

Angel is hoping to find a family to adopt her.

“I’m really looking forward to being able to have family nights and have fun being a teenager while I can,” said Angel. “I’m looking for a family that cares. I want someone like a family that wouldn’t mind my struggles, that would care for me through my struggles.”

Grant Me Hope is a collaboration between WWTV, Michigan Adoption Resource Exchange and the business community — all working together to find foster children a forever home.
