Ben Watson, exercise specialist at the Munson Healthy Weight Center, shows us a step by step process to properly performing knee rocks and reverse knee rocks.

He says of these stretches help with lower back and balance issues.

“Stretching is one of those things we can do every day,” Watson says. “It doesn’t cause any huge muscle damage like resistance training and cardio. It’s very very important to make sure we can do day to day activities; this is a great way to maintain motion.”
