Munson Home Workout Series: Leg

Exercises that can be executed from the comfort of our own homes are ideal if only because it saves us time and money.

Ben Watson, of Munson’s Healthy Weight Center, is showing us some new at-home exercises, starting with our legs.

His first exercise is a “reverse lunge” that can help unload he knee and take some pressure off.

The second is a “goblet squat” done using a water jug, which can be substituted with weights or anything else that adds resistance.

Watson says a beginner should aim for 10 to 15 reps of each exercise—and they can even be done in front of the T.V.

“Anything to promote wellness,” he says.
