MISSISSIPPI- Trinidad Chambliss picked up his first win as a Division 1 starting quarterback over the weekend, leading the Ole Miss Rebels to a 41-35 win over Arkansas.

Chambliss previously quarterbacked the Ferris State Bulldogs to a national championship in the 2024 season. In that year, he led Ferris to an average of almost 500 yards of total offense per game. After the season, Chambliss transferred to play for Lane Kiffin at Ole Miss and received minimal snaps in their first two games. But after the Rebels’ other quarterback went down with an injury, Chambliss got a chance to shine as the starter.

He threw for 353 yards with no interceptions and added 62 yards on the ground with two rushing touchdowns in the win. The Rebels are now ranked 13th in the country in the latest A.P. Poll.
