Cherry Chronicles: Wiener Mobile Steams into NCF

Posted: Updated:

Some things attract a crowd no matter where they are.

And through all the red at the National Cherry Festival you'll see a giant hot dog on wheels; the world-famous Oscar Meyer Wiener Mobile.

Generations find delight in this frankfurter's far-fetched design. And for the next few days you can take your picture next to the wiener wagon that traces its roots to the 1930's.

The Wiener Mobile spends all summer on the road. When you see it, one of the friendly drivers, Jackie and Emma, just may give you whistle so you can belt out a happy tune.

We checked out the dog's journey during day six of the NCF.
