Hitting the spotlight at this years Scripps National Spelling Bee was Northern Michigan's own Jack Pasche.
Jack is a 7th grader from Suttons Bay.
He had the crowd laughing with his spelling of the word idiosyncratically. Jack rambled through the word after messing up on the second letter. But that rambling earned him the national spotlight. His unique use of letters, numbers and Spanish words in his response had the crowd on their feet.
