Mackinac Bridge Glows Blue For Autism Awareness

Posted: Updated:

The Mackinac Bridge made its 'blue' debut tonight, Monday, for World Autism Awareness Day.

It's part of the "Light It Blue Michigan" campaign.

The non-profit, Corner Pieces, helped raise enough money through donations to light the Mackinac Bridge blue.

Many lawmakers, including Lt. Governor Brian Calley were part of a bridge-viewing ceremony in St. Ignace.

9&10's Christina Vecchioni and photojournalist Eric Davis have the story.
